Counselling Fees, Insurance + Cancellation Policy

Insurance:

Clients are expected to pay for services at the end of each appointment and can submit their receipts to their insurance or benefits company for coverage.

At this time services are not eligible under extended benefits but this will change in the near future.

OTHER:

Registered with Autism Funding.

Payment:

I accept Credit, Debit, and E-transfer.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice. If this is not an option, services can be done virtually to avoid Cancellation Fees.

Late Cancellation Fee:

Please be aware that cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment. This policy helps us manage our scheduling more efficiently and extend care to as many clients as we can.

Counselling Fees:

Individual Therapy:

$130 per 50 minute session

$185 per 80 minute session
