My practice revolves around tailoring every session to your individual needs and goals. I offer specialized care for those living with trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety and other struggles, and offer support for individuals aged 6 and up.

Each session I conduct is tailored to the individual needs of client, ensuring that your therapy journey fits into your life, and not the other way around. Offering both online and in-person counselling in Chilliwack BC, my practice is committed to ensuring that you receive the support you need in a way that works for you.

Ages 6 - 12

What to Expect in your counselling sessions with me

Our sessions together are designed to be a collaborative effort. Generally, sessions last between 60 to 80 minutes, tailored to fit your specific needs and goals. From our first meeting, we’ll work together to outline your journey, focusing on leveraging your strengths and addressing areas where you seek growth.

Getting started is simple, I offer free 15 consultation calls where you can get to know me, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for if we would be a good fit. If it doesn’t work out, I will do my best to find a therapist that is a good fit for you.

  • Therapy is a powerful tool for anyone looking to enhance their mental health and well-being. If you’re unsure, I invite you to reach out for a consultation to see how I can support you.

  • Both offer the same level of care and confidentiality. The choice comes down to your personal preference and what fits best into your life.

  • There's no need for special preparation. Coming as you are is perfect. If you can, consider what goals you might have for our time together, but it's not a requirement.

  • My pricing is in line with standardised pricing across the country. To learn more about my pricing, visit my fees and insurance page

    $130 - 50min

    $185 - 80min

  • When booking in sessions for adults I do not require you to commit to multiple sessions but I do strongly encourage booking 3-4 sessions in a row to allow yourself time to see growth because life gets busy, and oftentimes we can forget to schedule in appointments as they come.

    When booking in sessions for Children & Teens, I require the parent book in 4 sessions that are consistent with their schedule (recommending weekly or biweekly appointments). This is because for Children and Teens, time don’t go by so quickly and seeing each other consistently and on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, allows for the therapeutic relationship to become stronger which in turn promotes progress towards goals.
